Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy which consists of burning dried mugwort (moxa) on particular points on the body. It is a traditional medical treatment of Korea, China, Tibet, Japan, Vietnam, and Mongolia. Korean language it is called tteum.
Mugwort is aged and ground up to a fluff; practitioners burn the fluff or process it further into a cigar-shaped stick. They can use it indirectly putting on the acupuncture needle, in turn heating them up , or burn it and use the smoke, new age mini moxas are self adhesive which are pasted on the acupuncture points.
Energy points in Su Jok are warmed by the moxa stick to give instant energy especially to old people, injury points, and painful points, to enhance the energy of the meridians as well as the organs. Moxa is well used for infertility cases, polycystic ovaries, turn the breach baby, cancer, colitis, asthma, and nephrotic syndrome and all other kidney issues.

Since the organs become small naturally, hence the mini moxas are effective treatment.
