Spinal Herniation cured by SUJOK Annapurna ji aged 74 yrs came to our clinic a few months back, she had all age related problem which had become too pronounced. She could not walk properly because of hip and right leg pain, lot of burning in her feet, her posture was bent and she had severe back pain. She could not be comfortable in bed also as no side was comfortable to sleep on. Her lumbar Herniation was a big discomfort. There was difficulty turning in the bed also. She had no appetite for food and she had constipation. The point that I picked up was that there was a lot of foul smell in her mouth and her tongue was totally coated and black in colour. She was in an unhappy and depressed state. There was no smile on her face and she was coming only by force from her daughter. Now she is coming by her own wish and can walk with a straight back, there is no pain in her back, she can turn in bed and is walking comfortably. She is enthusiastic about her walking and eating her food. There is a lot of happiness , and she is also ready to take more treatments so that she can travel overseas to her daughter. We are happy to receive her blessings every day. Hyderabad is very cold these days and unlike her fears this year she did not have any difficulties in walking on the other hand she is not just walking but also walking to lose weight. To maintain the spinal health people must try to keep the posture erect, spend some time in the sun. If you work for many hours in the forward bend position then you must stretch in the opposite direction. Stand erect, stretch your neck and head towards your spine. A stretch should come on your throat while stretching the neck backwards. Then spread your arms and stretch by bending the palms from the wrist backwards. This will give and create a stretch from the shoulder to the wrist by pulling the wrist and fingers backwards. A very good exercise to do a few times a day.

NAIL DIAGNOSIS A nail is horn like envelop covering the tips of fingers and toes with the tough protective protein called alpha keratin. The oriental Korean philosophy believes if something happens to the interior of the body it should reflect in the exterior. A very easy way of diagnosing and checking for health problems is just looking at the nails. Healthy body is reflected by good shining nails with no ridges, discoloration, or deformity. The color of the nail describes the inner health clearly like pale nails shows anemia yellow nails show deficient liver and bluish hue of the nail indicates delicate lung and heart. White spots can be a sign of magnesium, calcium and zinc deficiency. Such a person could have low immunity, inflammation in GI tract, chronic loose stools or headaches. Vertical lines or ridges are due to deficient circulation of vitamins and other minerals in the nails and the body as the whole. With age people start getting these vertical lines. Cutting down on gluten and other inflammatory foods like cheese and meat would be good for health. Transverse grooves which are parallel to the moons happen usually after infection, heart issues and fever. If there are multiple lines, it shows repeated attacks of metabolism dis-functioning and infections. Sometimes it could be also a sign of over and under functioning of thyroid. Nail bed inflammation is a sign of parasite or viral infection. Well formed cuticles show good health of the gut or the large intestine. People with dried, rough or peeled cuticles could be constipated and would benefit by taking acupuncture. Lunula is crescent shaped whitish area at the bed of a finger nail or a toe nail. No moons or extremely small moons or lunula are a sign of poor metabolism or weak circulation. A good lunula can take up to one fifth of the nail. This shows good fire and healthy metabolism. Extra large lunula could mean cardiovascular problem, heart beat destruction and low blood pressure. It could also show high level of stress, large lunulae are found more in athletes. Grey lunulae is a sign of fatigue and poor digestion. Purple lunulae show lack of oxygen in organs and tissues. Pink lunulae indicates lung problem, and black lunulae which are very rare shows metal poisoning Dry and brittle nails show a problem with a hormones could be thyroid or even fungal infection. Foods and minerals for healthy nails Eating herbs like cinnamon, ginger and black pepper preferably in the form of tea, fiber rich foods, green vegetables and room temperature water in intervals between foods. Almond, olive or coconut oil massage would help the nails externally. A good scrub with a towel after bath each day could influence good energy flow in the meridians and lead to good health. Foods which are rich source of silicone and sulphur such as fish, broccoli, cauliflower and onions. Soya and whole grains are big source of biotin which promotes healthy nails. The deformity in different finger nails according to oriental philosophy represent different organs which is well understood by Sujok therapists.

EYE Abdul Bashid is a young boy of 9 years residing in the small city of Mahabub anagar in Telangana. He was leading a normal adolescent life until around two years back when he started complaining of severe headaches and blurring of vision. Initially, there was some alarming visual hallucination in the form of a dragon, tiger, elephant and other animals. The blurring episodes were infrequent, recurring once in 15 days or a month. He would even get nauseous, but his vision would become normal soon. The parents started consulting doctors but the problem continued undiagnosed, with various diagnosis as migraine, stress, hallucinations, emmetropia. Achromatopsia, delusions, anxiety, personality changes, sinusitis, diplopia, polyopia were some other diagnosis. It was around two months back that the episodes suddenly started intensifying. The poor child would wake up every day only to see a black background manifested with shades of white or white outlines. He was unable to detect any other color at all. This happened in both the eyes and covered the entire visual field, but his vision would inexplicably return to normal by evening. The panic-stricken and overwhelmed mother consulted many other doctors nearby but to no avail. The distressed child stopped going to school also. With no solution in sight, the family rushed to Hyderabad for advanced medical treatment. They consulted specialized doctors at L.V. Prasad Eye Institute and Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences. All the prescribed scans like MRI, CT scan of brain, eyes, nose, etc. were done and the test reports returned normal. On paper, his vision was supposed to be normal. The varied doctors diagnosed it as everything from migraines and sinusitis to recurrent rhinitis to even a reaction to stress in school. They were bombarded with frightening terms like polyopia and achromatopsia. Abdul was prescribed various medications and psychiatric consultation was also advised. The family religiously followed every treatment and tried to find recourse in unani and ayurvedic treatment too. Alas, there was no change and the boy continued to suffer. It was providence that the mother came to know about sujok therapy and consulted meSJT at Alka’s Healing Centre in Hyderabad. Abdul Bashid patiently endured the needles and sat with the magnets tied to his fingers. The parents’ undying faith and sujok skills paid off - All it took was FIVE sittings of sujok to get miraculous results! Tears of joy and relief stream down the mother, Arifa Fatima’s face as she exclaims, “MY BOY WOKE UP NORMAL TODAY!” The eyes have remained in good form till now and advised to return for few more sittings . The boy is actually able to read whenever he wants. He is finally at ease and looking forward to going back to school….. Truly, nothing is incurable with this drugless therapy!
