    INTERMITTENT FASTING FOR WEIGHT LOSS INTERMITTENT FASTING is a lifestyle where the digestive organs are given time to digest food, excrete the undigested and absorb the nutrients. When the time gap between the last meal of the day and the first meal of next day is large enough for the body to detox after intermittent fasting every day and be fresh and empty to again take in fresh food which will enter in a clean environment rather than mix with half digested, putrefied food and gassy body. When we keep eating foods that we even consider healthy without giving the body time to digest, absorb and throw the previous garbage, the good healthy food becomes our enemy , our metabolism becomes slow and we put on weight and become obese. The grains and cereals take a long time to digest. Fruits take lesser time whereas vegetables take least time to digest. If food is eaten before the previous food is digested completely, it interferes with the digestion, and undigested food mixes with fresh food and disturbs the system making cysts and blockages creating inflammation and disease in the body. A fat body is the result of such reckless eating. In intermittent fasting we do not eat for say 14 hours and eat in the remaining 10 hours, initially we can start with 12 hours or even 10 hours of intermittent fasting. According to oriental philosophy and the sujok therapy it is best to eat breakfast between 7 and 9 in the morning. To fast for minimum 12 hours the dinner should be by 7pm.So if we eat dinner at 7pm and breakfast at 7am it would be 12 hr fasting which is so easy as we are sleeping for at least half the time. On some occasions if the dinner is late than the breakfast should also be delayed but this should be only occasionally. If a person is very hungry than something very small as small as 50 calories could be taken but this is also on a cheat day.
